## FiveM vehicleshop overview

**9AM Dealership** is a modern and immersive vehicle dealership system for FiveM, designed to give RP servers a more complete and believable vehicle sales experience.

It goes far beyond a simple purchase menu by supporting public self-service showrooms, player-owned dealerships, employee-assisted sales, test drives, physical vehicle displays, stock management, financing options, and flexible dealership configuration.

With its polished interface, refined systems, and roleplay-focused design, **9AM Dealership** gives server owners powerful customization while delivering engaging gameplay for players, whether they are buying their first vehicle or managing a full dealership business.

### 3D showroom catalog

Players walk into the lot and browse a live 3D preview with a seated driver ped they can rotate and inspect. Specs are read from the game, not typed into a config that goes stale. Categories, colour selection and per-shop pricing are all in the same catalog.

### Vehicle info stands

Each of the four showroom slots can spawn a physical stand beside the car. It is a custom DUI prop that shows the vehicle name, price, and speed, acceleration, braking and handling. Place the stands in-world with the showroom gizmo, and toggle them per shop.

### Purchasing

Pay by cash or bank. Vehicles are registered to the player and delivered to a garage, or spawned at the shop if you leave spawn-on-purchase on. Coupon codes apply before the money leaves the account.

### Custom currencies

Accept VIP coins, tokens, crypto or an inventory item, per dealership. The registration API is drop-in compatible with JG Dealerships, with db, export, metadata, item and account backends. Financing still settles in the bank in this release.

### Financing

Configurable down payment, interest rate and installment count. Payments deduct from the bank on the schedule you set, with manual and early payoff. Missed payments suspend the loan and revoke vehicle access until the buyer catches up.

### In-person sales

Employees with the sales permission send an offer to whoever is standing in front of them, colour, finance and test drive included, and earn commission on what they close.

### Management dashboard

A per-shop tablet for staff: sales history, case wallet and ledger, stock, coupons, orders, employees and settings, gated by granular per-employee permissions.

### Stock and delivery

Order stock, wait out the preparation time, then drive it in with a truck and trailer. Showroom display vehicles are a physical floor, not a number in a menu.

### Phone app

lb-phone and cylex_phone are detected automatically. Staff carry the same stock, sales, employees and coupons on a handset, job-gated so only the people who work there can open it.

### In-game shop creator

There are no default shop locations to edit. `/dealerships` opens the editor live: place the lot, set blips and showroom slots, point the test-drive spawn, pick a garage, and inherit the catalog from a shop that already works. No restart.

### Test drives

Staff-arranged, or self-service when a shop runs in NPC mode. The spawn is set visually in the shop creator.

### Colour options

Full RGB picker, limited RGB, or standard colour IDs, including chameleon paints. The same choice is on the catalog and on an in-person offer.

### Coupons

Fixed or percentage discounts, usage caps and expiry, created from the dashboard or the phone app.

### Frameworks, keys and garages

QBox, QBCore and ESX are auto-detected. Vehicle-key and garage scripts are picked up at startup: qbx, qb, qs, jg, cd, okok and the rest listed in the docs. A custom garage name is always available.

### Languages

Thirty locales with full key parity. Missing keys fall back to English, so you are not maintaining a translation fork to put the vehicleshop in front of a mixed server.

## What's inside

Every screen of this FiveM vehicleshop, running live with demo data. Vehicle info stands, showroom, financing, staff tools, phone app, and the in-game shop creator.

### The lot itself sells the car

*Vehicle info stands.* Each showroom vehicle gets a physical stand beside it, showing name, price, and speed, acceleration, braking and handling read from the game. Players walk up and read the car without opening a menu.

- Custom prop models beside each of the four showroom slots
- Name, price and live handling stats on a DUI display
- Placed in-world with the showroom gizmo, per shop
- Toggle per shop in the shop creator

### Browsing, not scrolling a menu

*The showroom.* Customers walk into the lot and see the vehicle itself, a live preview with a seated driver ped they can rotate and inspect, with specs read out of the game rather than typed into a config file that goes stale.

- Live 3D preview with a seated driver ped
- Rotate and inspect before committing
- Specs pulled from the game, not hand-maintained
- Categories, colour selection and per-shop pricing
- Test drives, staff-arranged or self-service when a shop runs in NPC mode

### Sell to players who cannot pay cash

*Financing.* Most of a server cannot drop six figures on a car. Financing turns that into a down payment and a schedule, with the terms laid out before the buyer commits and the payments collected automatically after.

- Configurable down payment, interest rate and installment count
- Payments deducted from the bank on the schedule you set
- Manual and early payoff
- Missed payments suspend the loan and revoke vehicle access until the buyer catches up

### Every lever an owner needs, and staff who earn their cut

*Staff and management.* Sales, the till, staff and what each of them can do. A salesperson sends an offer to the player in front of them and earns commission. Stock is ordered, then driven in on a truck.

- Sales history, case wallet and full ledger
- In-person sales offers to a nearby player, gated by the sales permission
- Commission paid per closed sale
- Stock ordering plus truck-and-trailer delivery missions
- Coupons with fixed or percentage discounts, usage caps and expiry
- Employees with granular per-employee permissions
- Showroom display vehicles on the floor

### The vehicleshop in their pocket

*Phone app.* Staff do not stand at a desk. The phone app carries the same stock, sales, employees and coupons onto a handset, gated by job so only the people who work there can open it.

- lb-phone and cylex_phone, detected automatically
- Job-gated access with clean NUI focus handoff
- The same data as the dashboard, laid out for a handset

### New dealerships without touching a config file

*Shop creator.* There are no default shop locations to edit, because shops are built in-game. `/dealerships` opens the editor live: place the lot, set its blips and showroom slots, point the test drive spawn, and inherit the catalog from a shop that already works.

- Place and configure shops live, no restart
- Blips, showroom slots and test-drive spawn set visually
- Garage override, with the garages detected from your garage script
- Catalog inherited from a source shop

## What's new in 1.4

### Custom currencies

VIP coins, tokens, crypto or an inventory item, enabled per dealership. The registration API is drop-in compatible with JG Dealerships, and an untouched currencies.lua keeps cash and bank exactly as they were.

`currencies.lua`, `Currencies.Server.Register`

### 5 Balance backends

db, export, metadata, item and account, plus Tebex grant fulfilment so rewards land even when the player is offline.

### A phone app for staff

lb-phone and cylex_phone support with automatic detection, job-gated access and iOS-style sheets.

### A rebuilt shop creator

The shops list and editor header were redesigned around what admins actually do with them: placing and editing lots quickly.

### 30 Languages

A complete locale pack with full key parity, so players read the vehicleshop in their own language without maintaining a translation fork.

### 2.4 MB Smaller on disk

The production pipeline strips the dev seed and logs, splits vendor chunks and ships lossless WebP and WOFF2.

### A tested Lua core

A full CfxLua suite covering helpers, purchase, shops and locale, run with the open source 9am-build runner.

### Two console commands

The first reports integration status per feature. The second fills the default shops with mock data for testing.

`dealership_audit`, `dealership_seed`

### Reorganised for upgrades

Editable files stay at predictable paths. 1.4 adds currencies.lua; check UPGRADE.md before you update.

`currencies.lua`, `config.lua`, `bridge/client.lua`, `bridge/server.lua`

## FiveM dealership script FAQ

### What does 9AM Dealership include?

The vehicleshop includes public lots, player-owned dealerships with management panels, employee sales via a tablet interface, configurable financing plans, test drive support, coupon campaigns, vehicle stock tracking, color selection and business reporting. Everything works across ESX, QB and QBox.

### Which frameworks does this dealership script support?

It supports ESX, QB and QBox based FiveM servers. Framework detection is automatic, so there is no manual configuration needed during setup.

### How does the player-owned vehicleshop system work?

Server owners can assign lots to players through the admin panel or through in-game purchase flows. Once a player owns a shop, they can hire and manage employees, set vehicle prices, run coupon promotions, view sales reports and control their stock. Employees interact with customers through a tablet UI that handles the full sales workflow.

### How does vehicle financing work?

Financing lets customers pay for a vehicle in installments instead of a single lump sum. Servers can configure the down-payment percentage, number of installments, interest rate and repossession rules. Payments are processed automatically on a configurable schedule. If a player misses too many payments, the vehicle can be repossessed based on your server's rules.

### Can I use this alongside other vehicle or garage scripts?

Yes. 9AM Dealership handles the sales and ownership transfer process. Once a vehicle is purchased, it is registered to the player and works with whatever garage or vehicle management system your server already uses. There are no conflicts with standard garage scripts on ESX, QB or QBox.

## About this product

9AM Dealership Escrow is a production-ready FiveM dealership script built for servers that need a complete vehicle sales platform. It replaces the basic vehicle shop with a full-featured dealership system. Public lots, player-owned locations, employee workflows, financing, test drives, coupons and stock tracking are all included. The resource works with ESX, QB and QBox out of the box.

Server owners can create multiple dealership locations across the map. Each location operates independently with its own inventory, pricing and staff. Players who purchase or are assigned a dealership gain access to a management panel where they can hire employees, set vehicle prices, view sales history and control what appears on the showroom floor.

Employees use a tablet interface to assist customers. They can look up available stock, apply discount codes, start test drives and walk buyers through the financing process. The tablet keeps the sales flow organized and gives staff the tools they need without requiring admin-level access.

The financing system lets buyers pay for vehicles in installments. Servers control the down-payment amount, interest rate, number of payments and repossession rules. Payments are collected automatically on a schedule you define. If a buyer falls behind, the vehicle can be flagged or repossessed based on your configuration.

Coupons give dealership owners a way to run promotions. Each coupon can have a fixed or percentage discount, a usage limit and an expiration date. Stock management keeps the showroom accurate by removing sold vehicles automatically and allowing owners to restock from a central catalog.

The Escrow build is protected, so updates are applied cleanly without risk of merge conflicts. It is designed for teams that want a stable, deployment-ready dealership with minimal maintenance. If your team needs editable source access, the Open Source edition is also available.
