Refund Policy

Purchases are handled by Tebex, who decide refunds. This page explains what that means for you and sets out the statutory rights you keep regardless.

1. Who handles refunds

Tebex Limited is the merchant and seller of record for every purchase made through this website. Your purchase contract is with Tebex, so Tebex takes the payment and Tebex makes the final decision on any refund. METALOM LTD cannot issue a refund directly and cannot overrule Tebex.

Refunds are therefore governed by Tebex’s terms and conditions, which you accepted at checkout. This page describes those terms and your statutory rights; it does not replace them, and where the two differ, Tebex’s terms apply.

2. The general position

Our products are digital software, delivered immediately to your Cfx.re account after purchase. Tebex’s terms state that once a purchase is completed the transaction is final and there are no refunds.

In particular, a refund is not normally available because you:

  • changed your mind after the asset was delivered to your Cfx.re account;
  • bought the wrong product, or bought the same product twice;
  • cannot get the script working in a way that is caused by your own server setup, unsupported frameworks, or conflicts with other resources;
  • no longer run the server you bought it for; or
  • had your licence revoked because you breached our End User Licence Agreement.

Sections 3 and 4 set out the circumstances where you may still have a right to cancel or to a remedy. Those rights are given to you by law and are not affected by anything above.

3. Your 14-day cancellation right, and how it is lost

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and get your money back, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK and equivalent rules in the EU.

This right ends as soon as delivery of the digital content begins — in practice, when the asset is granted to your Cfx.re account or you first download it — provided you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. Tebex asks for that consent at checkout.

So if you have completed a purchase and the asset has already been delivered, the 14-day right will usually no longer be available to you. If you have bought something and delivery has genuinely not yet begun, contact Tebex within 14 days to exercise it.

4. If a product is faulty or not as described

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty digital content cannot be excluded, and nothing on this page limits them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content supplied to a consumer in the UK must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Consumers in the EU have equivalent rights.

If a product is faulty or materially different from its description, you may be entitled to have it repaired or replaced, and if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, to a price reduction. Our first step is always to fix the problem — most reported issues are resolved with a patch or a configuration change.

Contact us at support@9am.dev with your Tebex transaction ID and a description of the problem, including any server console errors. Where a statutory remedy applies and we cannot resolve the fault, we will raise it with Tebex, who administer the payment and action any refund.

5. How to raise a refund request

  • Contact us first. Email support@9am.dev with your Tebex transaction ID. If the issue is technical, this is usually the fastest route to a working script.
  • Or contact Tebex directly. As the merchant of record, Tebex handles payment queries and refund decisions. Their contact details are in their terms.

Please raise the problem with us or with Tebex before starting a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. A dispute is slower for you than a direct request, and disputes raised on delivered digital assets can result in your Cfx.re account losing access to the product.

6. Subscriptions

Where a product is sold on a recurring basis, you can cancel future renewals at any time through the payment history portal or the link in your Tebex receipt. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund payments already taken, and you keep access for the period you have paid for.

7. Chargebacks and licence status

If a payment is reversed by a chargeback or a refund is issued, the licence granted under our End User Licence Agreement ends immediately and the associated Cfx.re asset entitlement may be withdrawn. Continuing to use the software after that point is a breach of the licence.
